My product is faulty

If you have purchased from another retailer and you're product has a fault:

We are always concerned to hear when one of our products has failed to meet the expectations of one of our customers and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

If your product has become faulty within the first year, please contact the retailer that you purchased the item from, they will be happy to assist you. Please ensure you take your proof of purchase with you.

If for any reason the retailer is unable to assist, then please provide us with the information needed to open a claim for a repair or replacement under the warranty.
