To unscrew the clipper head, first unscrew the tension nut and remove with the spring, then turn the clipper up-side down and remove the tension bolt and the blades. Unscrew and remove the clipper head front screw, using the washer provided. Unscrew the short M4 Screws (16mm) and the 2 long M4 screws (35mm), ensuring to remove the 2 spring washers if lose, otherwise check they remain in the holes. Remove the clipper head cover and gearbox/bottom cover, before unscrewing the 2 black (14mm) screws that are located near the gear. Remove the bearing carrier and take off the top cover.
